Farmed in the pristine waters of Tasmania, our salmon is a farmed species with firm texture and great omega 3 oils.

Please note the advertised weight is based on the whole fish before any preparation or parts are removed.

The weight you receive after the fish is cleaned and prepared will be approximately 30% – 40%  of the total weight, depending on which options are selected as the head, tail, scales, gills, bones and guts are removed.
